Position Overview:
We are looking to hire an HR Intern with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR Intern is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Schedule interviews and meetings.
- Supporting the HR Operations team in preparing the bank letters, pay slips, End of Settlements.
- Providing assistance in payroll, HRMS related issues (leaves, attendance, punch clock, SRM creation).
- Assist the Learning and Development Specialist in coordinating the training programs.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources team.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Education and Skills:
- A student or graduate in Human Resource Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi task.
Duration:
- Flexible from 1 to 6 months.
