Position Overview:

We are seeking a Finance & Admin intern with excellent analytical and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, be adept at multitasking, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. You will contribute to various financial and administrative tasks, supporting our team in maintaining accurate financial records and streamlined administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with finance and admin teams to streamline processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Provide clerical and organizational support to the finance and admin functions.
  • Contribute to ad hoc finance and admin projects as required.

Education and Skills:

  • A student or graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Duration:

Flexible from 1 to 6 months.
