Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance & Admin intern with excellent analytical and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, be adept at multitasking, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. You will contribute to various financial and administrative tasks, supporting our team in maintaining accurate financial records and streamlined administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with finance and admin teams to streamline processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the finance and admin functions.
- Contribute to ad hoc finance and admin projects as required.
Education and Skills:
- A student or graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duration:
Flexible from 1 to 6 months.
