Sales & Marketing Internship

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Intern. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of sales within a cutting-edge recruitment agency that operates at the forefront of global talent acquisition. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining invaluable insights into the nuances of client engagement, strategic sales techniques, and market-leading practices.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries for recruitment services. Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and expanding the client base. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Client Outreach: Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with senior sales professionals to create and deliver compelling sales presentations. Provide assistance in preparing proposals, quotes, and other sales materials.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients. Assist in fostering long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and effectively communicating how Able Recruits can add value.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, communications, and sales activities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment specialists, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts towards achieving sales goals.
• Client Outreach: Assist in the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to attract potential clients and effectively communicate the value of Able Recruits‘ services.
