Position Overview:
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative aspects of the recruitment industry, working closely with a dedicated team in a multicultural environment. You will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth functioning of our Dubai office and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Assist in daily office operations, including document filing, managing office supplies, and coordinating appointments.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in drafting and editing business correspondence and documents.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in databases.
- Support in organizing and archiving company documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing meeting materials and recording minutes.
Education and Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or willing to learn.
